Adéu a les armes?
L'Oxford University Press acaba de publicar el primer Informe sobre la Seguretat Humana. Un informe que, segons destaca Johan Norberg, mostra la millora radical de la seguretat al món en les últimes dècades. Aquest informe és un altre cop pels catastrofistes militants.
